Our bodies are incredible. Daily we are constantly being attacked by bacteria, contamination, viruses etc.. Luckily we’ve got our own defense system to manage this. This incredible system is a system of nodes, organs, fluid, valves, valves and cells that produce and transport lymph. There is 3 times more lymph fluid in the body than there’s blood. Exercising and proper breathing helps the lymph fluid move around the body. Proper breathing is when the diaphragm is extended on an inward breath. Imagine your lungs are like a triangle. Most individuals breathe and just inflate the top of the lungs, so their chests inflate. Learn how to breathe properly and stretch the stomach (diaphragm) on an inward breath. This will fill the entire lungs with oxygen, which in turn, helps our bodies to cleanse itself of bacteria.

A simple exercise to help move the lymph fluid, is by taking a great deep breath in for the count of 5 seconds, hold it for 20 seconds and then discharge for 10 seconds. Walking, cycling or jogging are all great forms of exercise. Just do not sit on the couch and do nothing,. Exercise makes you feel and look good in addition to help the lymph system. When exercising do not be afraid to get sweaty. If you’re sweating this helps detoxify the body. Proper breathing. My suggestion is also attempt it when you’re feeling stressed or tired. Avoid tight clothes that puts pressure on the nodes. For girls try and not put on a bra for at least 12 hours per day and do not wear one in bed. If you believe you can’t then receive a stretchy t-shirt. Watch your stress level. Stress causes acidity in the body and acidity is poisonous which increases the burden of your lymph system.
