To keep your immune system from over responding, you will first have to determine just what’s causing it to go into overdrive. Here are five immune system stressors that could be contributing to the release of histamines in the body. Your daily diet: Adopting an anti-inflammatory diet is among the first measures to take during allergy season.

Eating right

If you eat foods that are high inflammatory foods, your seasonal allergies can be worse particularly if you are already sensitive to a certain food. For me that would be sugar, and that can be a significant problem, because I really like my sweets. There are two varieties of foods which may cause an inflammatory reaction which will exhaust your immune system. The first type are the foods that you can not digest well; ones that you might not even know you have a issue with. The most common food allergies are milk, wheat, eggs, and peanuts.

When your system is sensitive to a specific food it sets your immune system into a fight manner so that when seasonal allergies come together it over reacts since it is still in that heightened state from attempting to fight the food allergies. This will cause your allergies to spiral out of control. If you follow a diet that reduces inflammation in your body and generates little if any strain on your immune system, then your body won’t react so violently to outside allergies.

Sensitivities

The second kind of inflammation inducing foods affect everybody and you do not need to have food sensitivities, and these include saturated fats, processed foods, and heavily refined carbohydrates. Daniel Monti, MD, director of the Jefferson-Myrna Brind Center of Integrative Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia and author of”The Great Life Makeover”, claims to cut out each these products, particularly during allergy season, and rather eat plenty of fruits, veggies, and whole (fermented ) grains.

So how do you tell if there are underlying food allergies which are making your seasonal allergies worse? Eliminate 1 food at a time that you think is causing the issue, let us state for a week or so. Then, on the eighth day, bring that food back into your diet and watch for things like high mucus, asthma-like symptoms, skin rashes, gas, bloating, heartburn, headaches, fatigue, or mood changes. If you find any of these symptoms, or you simply don’t feel as well as you did when you’re off of the food, eliminate that food from your diet.

Пам'ятайте

Keep repeating this procedure with any other foods you believe is causing your problem. You won’t see immediate results as soon as you’ve eliminated a food from your diet, and two to four weeks may pass before you do notice some relief. Also, if you’re allergic to the food, you might have the ability to add it back into your diet after allergy season is finished.

Стрес

Research has linked overwhelming anxiety from family, work, money troubles, and only the stress of life generally, to many chronic health issues and diseases. But, they also have found that anxiety can make your allergies worse, because the hormones and other substances released during lengthy periods of anxiety, causes damage that triggers the immune reaction. Your body utilizes nutrients, including vitamins and antioxidants, to maintain your bodys’ defenses up against anxiety. But, when stress becomes a continuous thing, the body will need more nutrients to keep it moving. The more pressure we have, the more likely we are to make quite bad food choices rather than get the sleep we need. When you look at all these factors, it is no wonder that our immune systems are off balance!

Зроби це!

Getting regular exercise, enough sleep, and practicing mind-body techniques like meditation and yoga, can enable you to handle the stress you face daily. Taking a daily multivitamin and eating five to nine servings or more of fruits and veggies per day will also help your immune system to develop the supply of nourishment it needs to resist stress. Your house: Just like you, there are several of the things that cause your allergies which consider your house a sanctuary.
