While there are lots of pieces to the COVID 19 mystery, and I certainly can’t address all of them, I want to offer you some practical guidance, then explain the science behind it, and finally, connect it to a somewhat more philosophical debate. So, what to do in the context of the coronavirus to safeguard our health (besides washing hands and self-isolating)? I suggest we return to fundamentals, namely: air, water, sunlight and sun. These are fundamental tools, available freely from character.

As an aside

Note that even where these fundamental natural energy resources weren’t available until recently as a result of environmental contamination, the drastic steps we’ve been taking to lessen the spread of the coronavirus have really allowed us to enjoy better waters, blue sky and warmer atmosphere (that Europeans can breathe from their balconies). Now, let’s take a look at how water, air, sun and earth might interact with your body, fortify it, and help our immune system in these instances of pandemic (but also in general).

All of us know that the body is mostly water (in actuality, something like 99.2percent of the human body is/should be water). In addition, we know that infants are hydrated the most, while elderly people are the most dehydrated portion of the populace. And we know that as we age, we not only become dried but our immune system also declines.

Dehydration

Note however that dehydration-weaker immune system might not be a direct causal connection, or at least not the sole direct causal relationship playing out. Nevertheless, it’s difficult to overlook the strong correlation between hydration and immune system function. In actuality, a similar correlation could be observed in the role of a number of other body parts and procedure. Thus, it’s not a secret that dehydration often goes together with asthma, asthma, poor lymphatic drainage, migraines, chronic joint pain, fatigue, etc.

On the face of it, there’s absolutely not any doubt that hydration is possibly the number 1 factor we will need to take care of when we would like to care for our health. But you probably knew that already. What you might have not understood, however, is that ground energy, light and oxygen help hydration on a cellular level. Without grounding throughout the Earth, light from sunlight and oxygen in the Air, you can drink as much water as you need, and still stay dehydrated (and bloated on the top of the ).

Now, what’s so special about grounding, light and oxygen such that it helps our cells absorb water? Simplistically, for the absorption to occur there must be motion of the water (in and outside of the cell through the cell membrane).

Remember

To put it differently, water should circulate. And it does so by dividing itself into positive and negative charges. Where water touches cell membranes, it creates the so called exclusion zone, or EZ water (that is negatively charged water that excludes toxins and waste). The remainder is positive. The negatively charged water enters the cells (and can do so due to the charge separation). Once in the cell, the water begins to induce numerous biochemical reactions (thanks to its negative charge), including such that pertain to fix and regeneration.

The positively charged water is excreted through exhalation, urination, sweat, etc.. In brief, the more charge separation occurs in the water from the body, and the more negatively charged water has been generated, the more effectively the body functions. Importantly, grounding Earth energy, light and oxygen (especially the infra-red spectrum that, incidentally, is usually blocked by glass) all contribute to the cost separation and the creation of EZ water (i.e. negatively ion water) thus assisting you to keep hydrated and boosting your immune system function, among a number of other things.

Conclusion

Back TO Basics is maybe one of the infinitely many lessons we might have the ability to extract out of the coronavirus crisis. In the context of apparent lack of resources and supplies (masks, disinfectants, vitamin C, medical personnel, etc.), Nature is still here to provide us its infinite energy resources: water, air, sunlight and sun. So now is the time to be with Nature. Needless to say, those that have a rear yard are far more fortunate than those stuck on the balconies but this in itself is an chance to re-evaluate the choices we’ve made and simplify life to be able to achieve happiness.
