Are we true scientists or simply pseudo-scientists? In my head a scientist is someone who applies their knowledge to comprehend the workings of the physical and psychological world. By analyzing the evidence presented, a real scientist will further improve our understanding of the world we live in by considering all facets dispassionately.
However, a pseudo-scientist among us will just accept the evidence which suits him and will ignore the rest that does not suit him. From my observations in life there’s 1 thing that’s become clear to me is how physicians or for that matter anybody else don’t cure a person. What we do as physicians is help mother nature cure the patient.
That is, we help provide the correct conditions and treatment for the individual to empower Mother Nature to cure the individual. Science has shown us that this therapeutic process lies within each person and not out him and it lies within our immune system.
This immune system is below our subconscious command as is evidenced in our monitoring of the “placebo” effect in medicine. So if we try to cure a patient, what we do as physicians is to attempt and boost this immune system so the patient can heal himself. If the immune system fails, no physician in this world can save that person.
Since the strength of the immune system is determined by the physical and psychological state of the person, is it not important that we should all learn about our subconscious mind and the way we function? For many people our subconscious mind is like the elephant in the room. It’s either taken for granted or ignored.
Rather than trying to understand it and master it, most folks turn off or use it as a garbage bin for their negative emotions. Not only that but nowadays many use mind bending drugs to change the perception of truth. Since our vital functions like breathing and circulation of blood are beneath the subconscious control, certainly this sort of behavior can only lead to more physical and psychological ill-health.
Take into account
So is it time we started learning about this powerful energy source that affects our inner and outer world? In the poem “The Rubaiyat of Omar-Khayyam” there’s this famous quatrain which applies to all time travelers. It sends this message that time is irreversible. What’s done can not be undone. Once that time period is gone, it’s gone forever. Clearly this is the net of time we’re caught up in without the possibility of ever escaping. It’s this perception of time which makes us aware of our mortality and influences our aging procedure.
So how do we free ourselves from this time measurement? Do you know that there’s also a Timeless dimension that’s just as real as the Time dimension we’re living in? In it there is not any past, present or future and all experiences in life become a lesson in life with no regrets. To understand this Timeless dimension you need to know how we create our future.
Remember that we’re hypnotic creatures. When we examine the past, it’s now only a memory, and is unreal. When we examine the future, additionally it is unreal because anything could happen in the future. One can’t touch it. The gift is the only realty you can touch and enjoy. So how can we make our future? It’s simple.
We dream first and then we aim. If we keep dreaming and don’t take any actions in the present, our current becomes our future. That’s we continue dreaming. So it’s the actions we take in the current that creates our future. However to break free from the net of time one must go about knowing how one acquires and breaks customs. It’s by using the powers of understanding, insight and awareness that one can to bring about positive changes in your life without using will power.
Our body is continually producing negative or positive chemicals in response to external and internal stimuli received through our senses from our understanding of Reality. This is under subconscious control. Distorted perceptions produce negative compounds. Mental illness is thus merely a disease of perception. Perception takes place not just in the mind but also at the cellular level. It may result in mutation in cells. Our thinking process is hypnotic.
The words we use in our brain affect our subconscious mind to make positive or negative compounds as an immediate reflex action. This can be consciously manipulated. We’re all conditioned beings. Awareness is the procedure we could use to de-hypnotize and de-condition ourselves. The Timeless dimension is at least as real as the Time dimension that we’ve created. They coexist. The one thing that separates the two is that our understanding.
Meditation isn’t about blocking out or escaping the current, but knowing and becoming conscious of the Timeless present where the Observer in mind and what’s being observed become one happening. This phenomenon isn’t something that’s brought about consciously but happens spontaneously. Most of us experience it but don’t recognize it, as we’re too busy always travelling in time to become conscious of it. Please don’t be afraid to change your senses.
If you don’t change you stay a Time Traveler with the exact same old habits subject to the laws of time where there’s always a beginning and always a finish. You will eventually die a copy as your fate is already written for you. Use the power of understanding in you to help transform yourself and free yourself from the tyranny of time. If you’ve got the capacity and intelligence to solve a complicated jigsaw puzzle, what’s stopping you from using the exact abilities to solve the jigsaw puzzle of their mind? Self knowledge water-proofs you against the ravages of time. Be a real scientist, not a pseudo-scientist.
