I’ve discovered that the most important point to remember when fighting chronic inflammation is my daily lifestyle and choices have a direct effect on my problem. If I’m living a stressful life full of bad food, bad consequences, and bad relationships, I’m directly worsening my condition of chronic inflammation.

The fantastic thing is that after I identified the issue, I realized I can help myself by applying each the advice and guidelines on how I could reduce chronic inflammation whenever it climbs.

  • I first started with changing my diet. I want to consume a daily diet that’s plant-based and contains nutrient and whole filled foods. I had to eliminate any crap from my diet that included refined sugar, flour, animal products, process foods, etc.. I then replaced these foods with plant-based whole foods. This will filled my body with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber, and phytochemicals that prevent cancer.
  • I then focused on getting my gut healthy. I discovered that my gut retains 60-70% of my whole immune system. If my gut isn’t healthy, this means that my immune system isn’t healthy. If my immune system isn’t healthy, this affects my chronic inflammation and doesn’t allow my body to heal itself. There are a number of ways to improve gut health but I began by taking a daily multivitamin that I was prescribed by my neighborhood doctor.
  • I then discovered that the reason might be the origin of any food allergies or chronic diseases. All these tips wouldn’t be useful if I was really fighting a hidden disease or food allergy. This may cause chronic inflammation but I could believe the origin is different when it’s actually something else. I have tested immediately to determine if I had been doing all these things for nothing. Turns out that I did really have chronic inflammation so I can check off everything my list.
  • An essential element is getting enough rest and sleep. I realized that my body is hard at work, attempting to cure itself so I had to give it what’s needs so I do not overwork my body. At least 7-8 hours of sleep is recommended every evening and I was only getting about 6 hours each evening. I was cheating my entire body of these hours, so my immune system was suffering for it, so, my body couldn’t fight off my chronic inflammation. After applying all these steps, I started to heal very quickly and was able to endure my chronic inflammation illness.
