This report comprises a message that can lead to your prolonged wellness. Do you recall learning about the term entropy some time back on your school years? It’s the natural tendency for things to go back to a state of chaos. For instance, you weed your garden and in a couple of days the weeds return. There’s yet another law at work in this message. It’s the law of inertia. This legislation says that an object will stay where it’s as long as some outside force doesn’t come together to move it. For instance, your beautifully manicured backyard will stay filled with weeds as long as you don’t weed it. Your stylishly coiffed hair will go flat if you don’t coif it once more.

Your teeth will yellowish out unless you use the essential treatment. Your additional 30 pounds will stick around unless you get back into action. And your prized six pack will continue to look very sick if you don’t begin the crunches along with all the other secrets of the majestic six pack recipe. Two quite real laws of nature are at work in you each moment of the day.

Immune system

How does this apply to your Immune System? It is wise to ask people around you if they’ve ever heard of Glutathione as being the master antioxidant of the immune system? When I do this, the folks whom I ask haven’t heard of Glutathione, hinting this tri-peptide is accountable for the potency of the body’s defense mechanisms, also called, their immune system. I can understand that because as of two decades ago, I had never heard of Glutathione and I didn’t knowingly put any thought into dressing my own immune system.

Usually once you don’t understand that something exists, the laws of Entropy and Inertia have a field day. Why is that ? It’s quite tough to affect what you don’t know. So, you do nothing to change a situation that’s moving towards chaos. As you get older, your immune system becomes depleted of the substances which make it work at peak performance. Your awareness of this, together with a choice to do something about it, can slow this down chaotic trend and possibly improve upon the bench mark you had when you’re at your very best. This may apply, more precisely, in scenarios where your immune system may not have been working well to start with. Incidentally, when I use the term you, I’m also like myself as a fellow traveler along this voyage into the middle of the immune system.

Got To Do With It?

The Js are practices you can use to counteract the powerful pull of Entropy and Inertia as these conditions apply to the conditioning of your immune system. They’re Jar, Jealous, Jingle, Journal and Jungle. Make some moves. Jolt yourself. Defeat inertia. Do something right now to begin improving the condition of your immune system. If you wished to go out of a sick package to a six pack you’d begin your crunches at the moment, at this very moment. In other words, if you’re really serious.

What can you do right in this moment to increase your immune system? Make some reaction. Guard your state of health as you would a first love. I mean this in a positive manner not in a dysfunctional way. Care deeply about each little part of your immune system. Remember your first love? Every twitch of that individual’s face attracted your undivided attention. Pay attention as your immune system is speaking to you on a regular basis. Make some noise. Run your own public service announcements to yourself regarding your immune system. Become your own advertising agency. Some of those statements will be warnings, some will be informative, some will be exhortations to act and a few will be choruses of success.

Make some notes

You can expect what you inspect. Determine what you need from your immune system. Is it more energy? Is it detoxification? Is it less interruptions on your state of Wellness? You’re the boss. Then observe what you’re getting to see if you’re on target. Write it down so you can have a bench mark in hard copy. Now you see where you are and can proceed within an informed factual direction to another bench mark.

Make some tracks

Remember you’re in threatening land where new and old species of germs are crouched behind the numerous camouflages to pounce upon your state of health. You’re the prize! Don’t sit around as a willing prey. Know how to navigate your immune system. Ok, enough of this, you get the point. I certainly am beginning to get it!
